Ingredients
  • 2 lbs ground bison  (or grass-fed beef)
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • ½ red onion, finely chopped
  • 4-6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2-4 slices bacon, cooked & chopped (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • sea salt & ground pepper

Preparation
  1. Mix the meat and eggs together.  
  2. Add the other ingredients & stir until evenly mixed.  
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for about 45-55 minutes, until the center is cooked through.
