Ingredients

2 lbs ground bison (or grass-fed beef)

4 eggs, beaten

½ red onion, finely chopped

4-6 garlic cloves, finely chopped

2-4 slices bacon, cooked & chopped (optional)

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

sea salt & ground pepper
Preparation

Mix the meat and eggs together.

Add the other ingredients & stir until evenly mixed.

Bake at 375 degrees for about 45-55 minutes, until the center is cooked through.
